Community overview
Cadence is a multiple-builder community with mostly new single-family homes plus some attached and low-maintenance products. Because phases are still opening, buyers can purchase brand-new homes from builders or recently built resales, with floor plans that reflect current design trends.
Much of the housing here went up beginning in 2010s, so the community is established with mature landscaping, and individual homes vary by phase and builder. Buyers looking for brand-new construction usually add Inspirada, Cadence and west Henderson to their tour list.
Cadence is in east Henderson, roughly between Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway corridors, with the McCullough range to the east and quick access to major east-west routes. It is one of the closest Henderson communities to Lake Mead and the Lake Mead National Recreation Area.
Drive times vary with traffic; east Henderson routes can be faster off-peak.

Cadence has neighborhood commercial planned at its center, and daily errands are a short drive to the Lake Mead Parkway and Boulder Highway corridors, or into central Henderson. Lake Las Vegas restaurants are close by in the other direction.
Cadence is served by the Clark County School District (CCSD), and new schools have been built to serve this growing part of east Henderson. Attendance boundaries can change, so verify zoning for the exact address with CCSD.
A master association plus neighborhood associations govern Cadence, with fees supporting the park and trail network, community amenities and common landscaping. Fees reflect the amenity-heavy design, so review the current schedule for the village you are considering.
